Responsible for protecting the company's interests related to legal issues.  Prepare and review contracts, advertisements and press releases.  Study and review proposed and current legislation and provide legal advice to executives.  Utilize knowledge of corporate governance to work on

REQUIREMENTS: JD Degree from an accredited U.S. law school. Responsible for new account development, growth of existing accounts and relationship building with our reseller partners. Create and implement tactical and strategic tactics strategies in order to meet or exceed assigned territory quota objectives.Identify and manage regional trade shows. 

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
