MRV OPTISWITCH CARRIER-ETHERNET ACCESS SYSTEMS SHOW FULL MEF INTEROPERABILITY IN EANTC TESTING September 25th, 2007 EANTC TO FEATURE OS9000 AND OS900 SERIES PRODUCTS IN DEMONSTRATION AT CARRIER ETHERNET WORLD CONGRESS CHATSWORTH, CA – September 25, 2007 – MRV COMMUNICATIONS, INC. In this multi-vendor interoperability demonstration, MRV is showcasing a full range of MEF services, sub-50 ms protection, hierarchical-QoS, MPLS extension to the demarcation point and a wide spectrum of end-to-end service operations, administration and maintenance (OAM) tools to monitor SLAs. MRV's OS900 was the only CPE to demonstrate MPLS extension to the demarcation point with complete MPLS signaling (LDP, RSVP-TE). Additionally, MRV introduced the most flexible end-to-end service OAM tools, which comply with all IEEE802.1ag draft versions.
