MRV Communications to Report First Quarter 2008 Financial Results on April 30, 2008 April 16th, 2008 MRV COMMUNICATIONS, INC. (Nasdaq:MRVC), today announced that it plans to release the financial results of its first quarter 2008 on Wednesday, April 30, 2008 after the close of regular trading. MRV will host a conference call to discuss its first quarter 2008 financial results on Wednesday, April 30, 2008 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time (1:30 p.m. Pacific Time).
