MRV Americas Partner Program Requirements
Revenue Commitments Gold Partners must make a revenue expectation/commitment of greater than $250K/year. Silver Partners must make a revenue expectation/commitment of greater than $50K/year. Affiliate Partners have no commitment yearly. Order Fulfillment MRV will provide direct order fulfillment for Gold and Silver Partners. Interlink Communications Systems (ICS) will provide order fulfillment for Affiliate partners. ICS will maintain stock to provide fulfillment requirements for Gold and Silver Partners if necessary. Business Plan Gold and Silver Partners must work with us on a quarterly business plan. Business plans will be reviewed and updated quarterly. Affiliate partners have no requirement for business plans. Forecast Gold and Silver Partners will be required to submit a monthly forecast to MRV. The forecast serves two purposes: 1) It enhances our visibility to the pipeline to better meet delivery requirements, 2) Can serve as a project registration/tracking vehicle so we know who is working specfic opportunities to best manage channel conflicts. Sales Training Gold and Silver Partners are required to give access to their organizations for the purpose of training and/or updating them on MRV products and solutions at least once per Quarter. All training will be done for free by MRV personnel. Certified Systems Engineers Gold and Silver Partners must have a minimum of (1) Certified Systems engineer trained and certified in MRV products. Affiliate partners have no commitment. All Gold and Silver Partners will receive complimentary training and certification on MRV products. Training will be made available on-line as well as on-site. Affiliate partners will receive training and support directly through ICS. Partner Relationship Manager Gold Partners must assign a central point of contact to be available to the MRV sales managers to help coordinate sales and training activities and the distribution of information as well as forecasting and planning. Contract Gold and Silver Partners are required to sign a one (1) year partner contract with MRV. Affiliate partners are asked to sign a one-year agreement with Interlink ICS. MRV Marketing Support Gold and Silver Partners are responsible for supporting MRV marketing initiatives in their respective region or vertical including the addition of the MRV logo on their website.
