The NC316BDMDXA40M combines and separates 40 sequential DWDM wavelengths from channel 21 to 60 over common fiber optic link through the TRUNK port. The MONITOR Tx port diverts 2% of the TRUNK Tx signal, and the MONITOR Rx port diverts 2% of the TRUNK Rx signal. The optical service channel (OSC) port uses 1510 nm. The 11-slot module ships pre-installed in a 16-slot non-powered chassis with 5 available slots. It also includes a cable management door assembly for the front of the chassis. Passive modules require power only for managed applications and LED illumination. Add power supplies and a management module for these solutions.
