LambdaDriver® Banded OADM Modules
BS21/26/31/36, B4OADMxx
The optical banded splitter and Banded OADM modules are important building blocks of the LambdaDriver® Optical Transport System and serve at optical communication nodes to transport a group of several DWDM channels over a single pair of fibers to off-path locations or in distributed star topologies.
The Banded Splitter BS 21/26/31/36 serves as a Mux/DeMux module with one Input, one Output and four banded Add/Drop ports serving channel groups 21-24, 26-29, 31-34, 36-39.
The BS21/26/31/36E also includes EXP-IN and EXP-OUT ports. The B4OADM is a dual fiber banded OADM with COM-IN, COM-OUT, EXP-IN, EXP-OUT trunk ports and one banded ADD/DROP ports used to pass 4 DWDM channels to an off-path location over one pair of fibers.
