The OptiSwitch-400-EXT is an aggregation switch for cost-effective Fiber-To-The-Any (FTTX) access networks that has been especially hardened to endure extreme temperatures.

It is designed as a modular platform to operate indoors in uncontrolled temperature environments and implements only field-proven technologies and industry standards (having no proprietary protocols).

A special combination of features enable easy and flexible configuration to tailor-fit the needs of the service provider while making it ideal for maintenance and minimal inventory.

Wire-speed operation with non-blocking functionality enables zero packet loss full-link speed and sustained peak operation under all loads at all times.
