The OptiSwitch Master® 207 series (OSM207) is a compact carrier-class 1.5U powerful IP/MPLS/VPLS Metro Ethernet Services platform, with a robust and intelligent traffic management suite.
OSM207 offers greater intelligence to the metro Ethernet Demarcation, defined as a user provider edge, enabling the delivery of more differentiated metro Ethernet services, featuring advanced hierarchical Quality of Service (QoS), intelligent CoS marking profiles, traffic shaping, intelligent VLAN Swapping, Multi-protocol Label Switching (MPLS) and Virtual Private LAN Services (VPLS), and multi-point services. OSM207 is ideal for service providers seeking to deliver profitable business services, such as Layer 2, Layer 3 and MPLS VPNs, in a variety of bandwidths and with different service-level agreements (SLAs).
